Our standard shipping methods are UPS Ground or FedX. We currently ship only to the lower 48 contiguous states in the U.S.A. Please provide a valid street address for delivery. UPS and FedX cannot deliver to P.O. Box addesses.
Shipping rates are based on the weight of your order as set forth by UPS and FedX.
Certain items in our store are marked as "Free Shipping", these items are shipped to you free of any shipping charges. You will only pay shipping on the other items in your order. All items are sent insured.

Most items in stock ship within 2-3 days and delivery times will vary depending on your location. Normal delivery times range between 7-10 business days. Some items require extra production and shipping time such as certain Quilted items, Rugs and Artwork. Orders with multiple items may ship at different times. We will notify you via e-mail if this occurs.
Our customer's security is very important to us and is always protected through our own security certificate whenever you create an account or login to your existing account.
We accept credit card payments through PayPal's secure online payment processing center. You can use Visa, Mastercard and other major Credit Cards via PayPal. You will redirected to PayPal at checkout and be able to choose how you would like to pay for your order. If you would like to pay with a check, PayPal offers this option with their e-check payment system which usally takes 3-4 days to process.
A State sales tax of 6.875% is charged at checkout to residents of the state of Minnesota only.

Clear Creek Trading Company guarantees every item we sell. If for any reason you are unsatisfied with your order please contact customer service via e-mail at firstname.lastname@example.org. Please include your order number and a brief description of the problem in your e-mail and we will contact you as soon as possible.
Items you are not satisfied with may be returned within 30 days of reciept for refund or replacement as long as they are in the original packaging and condition. Items returned for reasons other than damage or defect are subject to a 25% restocking charge along with customer paying return shipping charges.
Shipping charges are non-refundable. Please contact us before making any return. Due to handcrafting slight differences may occur which is not considered a defect but merely makes these items unique. Colors shown have been reproduced as accurately as possible, however some computer monitors will portray them with slight differences. This is beyond our control and is also not considered a defect.
