Shipping Information

Our standard shipping method is UPS Ground. We currently ship only  to the lower 48 contiguous states in the U.S.A. Please provide a valid street address for delivery. UPS cannot deliver to P.O. Box addesses.
Shipping rates are based on the weight of your order as set forth by UPS.
Certain items in our store are marked as "Free Shipping", these items are shipped to you free of any shipping charges. You will only pay shipping on the other items in your order. All items are sent insured.

All orders are processed upon receipt(During regular business hours defined as Monday through Friday, excepting holidays.) You will be contacted via e-mail regarding shipment of your order within 2 business days.

Most items in stock ship within 2-3 days and delivery times will vary depending on your location. Normal delivery times range between 7-10 business days. Some items require extra production and shipping time such as certain Quilted items, Rugs and Artwork. Orders with multiple items may ship at different times. We will notify you via e-mail if this occurs.

Payment Information

We accept credit card payments through PayPal. You can use Visa, Mastercard and other major Credit Cards on their site. You will redirected to PayPal at checkout and be able to choose how you would like to pay for your order. We are unable to accept checks due to the length of time it takes to process them. If you would like to pay with a check PayPal offers this option with their e-check payment system which usally takes 3-4 days to process.
A State sales tax of 6.875% is charged at checkout to residents of the state of Minnesota only.

Return Information

Please notify us within 5 business days if there are any problems with your order.
Always inspect the order upon delivery for any visible damage to shipment.
Damaged items will be replaced at no additional expense to you.

Clear Creek Trading Company guarantees every item we sell. If for any reason you are unsatisfied with your order please contact customer service via e-mail at info@clearcreektradingcompany.com. Please include your order number and a brief desciption of the problem in your e-mail and we will contact you as soon as possible.

Items you are not satisfied with may be returned within 30 days of reciept for refund or replacement as long as they are in the original packaging and condition.
Shipping charges are non-refundable. Please contact us before making any return.
